What? Specific topics covered will include:

  • How personal finances can affect mental health. This includes a discussion of how wealth can help mental health, and how poverty can be a detriment to it.

  • How certain money behaviors -- avoidance, overspending, money hoarding, can be symptoms of underlying mental health issues

  • How to seek treatment for mental health issues and manage them while still sticking to a budget
